VAT) and adds a one month Rightmove Featured Listing. A Featured Listing can also be added to any package for £200 plus VAT per month.
Online packages run for three months from the date your property goes live. If it has not sold or let by then, talk to us about extending the listing.
A Featured Listing gives your property a larger, highlighted position at the top of the relevant Rightmove search results for its area, so it is seen before standard listings. It is included for one month in our Gold Package.
For our online packages you complete a short form with the address, description, size, services, terms, VAT position, EPC rating and photos. We turn that into a marketing brochure for your approval before anything goes live.
