Charlie founded Commercial List in 2022, launching the business in February 2023 with a clear vision: to give commercial property owners a better, more transparent way to market their assets. With a family background deeply rooted in property, commercial real estate isn’t just a career for Charlie, it’s in his DNA.
Having worked in the property industry since 2019, Charlie brings a wealth of hands-on experience to every client relationship. He studied at Nottingham Trent University doing a Level 6 Real Estate Degree Apprenticeship, combining academic rigour with real-world commercial property expertise.
Charlie owns his own commercial property portfolio, giving him a unique perspective that most agents simply don’t have. He understands what it means to be a landlord, the challenges of managing commercial assets, and the importance of getting the marketing right. He’s dealt with commercial property matters for all manner of clients, both locally and nationwide, from independent landlords to institutional investors.
Charlie holds further training in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Protection Regulations, and GDPR, ensuring every transaction is handled with the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
When he’s not closing deals, you’ll find Charlie out on the waves, he’s a keen surfer, or mountain biking, fishing, and enjoying anything outdoors. An adventurer at heart who brings that same energy and determination to every property he markets.
Kieran has been immersed in the property industry since 2018, building a diverse career that spans both regional and national firms, corporate organisations and independent agencies. This breadth of experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of the commercial property landscape, from high-street retail and industrial units to office space and beyond.
His career has also included time with a property auction company, adding another dimension to his expertise and giving him insight into the fast-paced world of commercial property sales. It’s this varied background that makes Kieran such a valuable asset to Commercial List’s clients.
What sets Kieran apart is his proactive, hands-on approach to delivering results. He’s passionate about going the extra mile for every client and is known for building strong, long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants. For Kieran, it’s not about the quick transaction, it’s about understanding your goals and working tirelessly to achieve them.
Kieran holds an NVQ Level 4 in Sales and Agency Management (completed in 2019) and is further trained in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Protection Regulations, and GDPR, ensuring every aspect of his work meets the highest professional standards.
Outside of work, Kieran values a strong work-life balance. He’s recently taken up surfing, a new passion that keeps him challenged and energised, and enjoys spending quality time with his partner, friends, his dog Pippa, and his tortoise Terry.
