Clients fill out a basic property information form online. Each section has an example to help you provide the correct information.
Once payment has been made, we will create a marketing brochure which will be sent for your approval.
Following your approval, we will advertise your property on Zoopla, Gumtree, Rightmove, our in-house website and on our socials. The term will then start from the date the property is uploaded onto the market.
We will handle all enquiries from interested parties and pass their information onto you to arrange a suitable time to view.
A representative of Commercial List or one of our employees will inspect your property.
We will create a marketing brochure and make any amendments if necessary until you are happy with the content.

Produce and agree Heads of Terms / Memo of Sale, which we will circulate to the solicitors acting on your behalf and of the tenant or purchaser.
